PLAY BALL !!!
Welcome to our 2nd season of Edmonton Little League Challenger Baseball !!!
It is wonderful to have everyone interested in baseball again, it will prove
to be an exciting season. I am sure that our athletes are looking forward to
Sunday afternoons playing ball, enjoying friends and having a great time.
Last season was our inaugural season and it was great! This year will be
better.
We are expanding ! We hope to field 4 teams and even attend some
tournaments.
Challenger Baseball is for kids 5 to 16 with a physical or developmental
disability. Boys and girls, whether you can run on your own or with the use
of a wheelchair or walker, you are welcome to play with us. Our 2008 season
begins on June 1 to July 27, 2008. Opening Day, when you meet your team,
play games, have some great food and have fun is on May 25, 2008 at 1:00
p.m. Come out and enjoy a great afternoon with us !
If I can do it, you can too !!!!
We play Sunday afternoons at 1:00 p.m. at Confederation Park diamonds
(behind Harry Ainlay Secondary School at 111 Street and White Mud). We look
forward to seeing you out on the diamond. Come out and join us.
