If you are a
returning player with East Park, and there are no changes to
your address or other necessary information from the
registration, your necessary information from last year will
be used for this year. You can just come down and make the
necessary payments and you are done.
If you have moved,
please bring 3 new proof of residency documents. All other
information from last year can be used.

major changes, or it is the first time the child is
registering, all of the items below need to be with you
during the registration process:
