o All 17-18 yr olds are given the opportunity to try out for the All Star program. 19 yr olds cannot play All Stars. Coaching staff will provide information as to date and time of tryouts. Registration Fee of $50.00 required for the All-Star program, unless only one City Big League Team participate in finals. Then $0
